Top court upholds gathering of DNA

I often hear talk of privacy concerns when it comes to the taking of DNA samples so I am very pleased to hear that Canada's high court has endorsed taking DNA samples from convicted dangerous or sexual offenders, saying their claim to privacy must give way to the greater public interest. I totally agree!
