For many people, it's not even a concern because they think they'll never be a victim of crime. That's what I used to think too...But that changed July 2, 1981 when Ralph Power murdered my sister Sheryl Gardner. This blog is a diary of my current fight for public safety – an issue that's often clouded by political noise, privacy hype & misinformation.
