Killers Waiving Parole - Not Uncommon...

For anyone who is familiar with my story, you already know that Ralph Power waived his right for a parole review last month. Now it will be rescheduled every two years so only time will tell whether he "goes for it". While I can't imagine being locked up for life and just surrendering, data shows that this happens more often than we realize. And then there's freaks like Clifford Olson who just loves to torment the families of his victims.
